- 1 lembar daun jeruk
- 2 lembar daun salam
- 2 sdm air asam jawa
- 400 ml santan cair
- garam dan gula pasir secukupnya
- minyak untuk menggoreng dan menumis
- bawang goreng untuk taburan
- 4 butir bawang merah
- 2 siung bawang putih
- 1 buah cabai merah besar
- 3 ruas jari kunyit
- 2 butir kemiri
- Kupas telur yang sudah direbus matang kemudian goreng dengan minyak panas sampai berkulit, angkat dan tiriskan.
- Panaskan sedikit minyak kemudian tumis bumbu halus, daun jeruk & daun salam sampai harum. Masukkan santan dan masak sambil diaduk, masukkan air asam jawa, garam dan gula pasir gres kemudian masukkan telur.
